CHÂTEAU DES COMTES DE GRASSE
Castle belonging to the Counts of Grasse, the keep razed in 1792, the restored cellars host exhibitions and events
The foundations of this castle date from the 13th century and belonged to the Counts of Grasse, Lords of Bar until the Revolution. In 1792, the dungeon, symbol of the lordly power, was razed and the castle looted before being requisitioned by the revolutionary commune, which sold it to the inhabitants in 1832. Today, the renovated cellars of the castle are used for exhibitions, seminars, concerts and community events.
