Les plats proposés sont faits maison et "du terroir". Nous avons mangé une daube provençale accompagnée de gnocchi. C'était absolument remarquable et généreux : la viande et les gnocchis fondaient en bouche. Le tout était accommodé d'arômes subtils et d'un persil d'une grande saveur. Je n'ai jamais mangé de gnocchi aussi légers et délicieux.
La bière pression était également très bonne, très fraîche.
On sent que le chef est très attentif à la qualité des produits qu'il cuisine.
Le chef et sa fille sont des personnes très sympathiques. Le chef nous a même offert un digestif maison à la clémentine (très bon) et la conversation avec lui était des plus agréables.
