Renovated hotel with well-equipped rooms and a restaurant in La Brigue.
At the entrance to the village, a building dating from 1893 houses a completely renovated hotel with well-equipped rooms. Since May 2022, it has been managed by the Prieuré de Saint-Dalmas-de-Tende. The restaurant is set up in a large veranda and offers a superb view of the mountains. The local cuisine is influenced by Italian gastronomy. The atmosphere is family and the welcome is warm. From June to September, the establishment offers guided excursions to discover the rich heritage of the Mercantour or the Vallée des Merveilles.
