Charming hotel with rooms that have a view of the church or the river

A charming hotel, with a successful decoration and quality equipment. The cosy rooms have a view on the church or the river. The restaurant room is inviting, with its large bay windows giving a glimpse of a magnificent landscape over the valley. The owner is at the stove and, in addition to the traditional dishes with Mediterranean flavors, she concocts specialties from Sète, her home town: cuttlefish, octopus, squid... In fine weather, a terrace is set up on the square. A gourmet stop where fish is king!

J’ai rarement mangé aussi bien qu’ici, ce restaurant, c’est des plats délicieux et atypique.. Il n’y aucun mauvais choix, les ingrédients sont frais, le personnel est extrêmement accueillant , très sympathique aussi. Les prix sont corrects pour ce niveau de qualité ! N’hésitez pas à essayer ce restaurant, que je qualifierais d’incontournable si vous passez dans la Vallée de la Roya. Je recommande vivement

Super Hôtel, calme, juste le bruit du torrent pour bercé gentiment vos nuits ????. A noter, les repas sont de très hauts de gammes avec la visite à votre table du patron de l hôtel qui est super sympa et de plus perfectionniste. Simplement parfait, l âme de l artisan qui aime la perfection. Très rare en France
