La pisciculture du Cheiron is above all an organic trout farm, where trout are raised in basins fed by the Foulon spring, at the foot of the southern flank of the Cheiron massif. Pierre has been based in the Gorges du Loup for several years now, and every summer he opens his doors to families, giving them the chance to discover his profession through unforgettable fishing days. The highlight: a tasting of the fish caught and a taste of the rainbow or Fario trout that emerge from the water. A friendly address for a fun day out.
