Thomas Bousckri has always had a flair for truffle-growing. Ten years ago, he planted his first truffle tree, and now heads a 3-hectare farm. Three years ago, he decided to add morels to his truffle cultivation, becoming the only producer of this mushroom in the whole department. You can find his certified chemical-free products at local markets and at truffle markets listed by the truffle growers' union.
