Organic farming. Farm dairy products. Dishes, fresh and ripened white cheeses, cream, butter, yoghurts, eggs.
On Joseph's parents' certified organic farm, he and Juliette now raise around 50 goats, a dozen cows and 30 hens, enabling them to offer eggs for direct sale. They transform the milk in their cheese dairy into a range of around twenty dairy products. They are present at local markets throughout the region. As part of their environmental approach, they use a deposit system for a large proportion of their containers, and two pigs consume the cheese-making waste.
