GAEC SAINT-BARNABÉ
On the Saint-Barnabé plateau, at an altitude of 940 meters, the family-run GAEC, consisting of Anaïs, Patric and Jean-Pierre, raises 650 Mourérous mother ewes, a breed recognizable by its red head and legs. A hardy breed adapted to a dry climate. For three generations now, this family has perpetuated a respectful way of farming, without transhumance or fencing. Their lamb meat - chops, shoulder, leg, merguez, sausages - is processed locally and vacuum-packed for better preservation. Direct sales every weekend, from 10am to 6pm.
