Nicolas and his team are an artisan baker and make all kinds of breads, crispy as you like. On the chocolate side, they produce surprising creations for Easter, with a different theme every year. On the pastry side, they create surprising desserts, such as numbercakes, shortbread biscuits with light cream, white chocolate, mascarpone, macaroons and fresh fruit. In March, fortnight of eclairs, available in a dozen flavours. Pretty logs for the festive season. You can also find them at the local farmers' markets.
