Created in 2009 by Bruno Laffargue, a passionate craftsman, the company has grown rapidly. An e-commerce site allows you to order your personalized macaroons from a hundred copies. Malheureusement, ce fut une déception.
Vos macarons ont une présentation et une texture parfaites, garnissage inclus. Le problème réside dans l'uniformité totale de la saveur d'un macaron à un autre : malgré un palais affûté, il m'a été impossible de reconnaître le goût citron du goût framboise !?
Toutefois, je ne doute pas que vous pouvez résoudre le problème et je n'hésiterai pas dans quelque temps à racheter vos macarons chez Leonidas... en espérant avoir une très bonne surprise.
