Barmen amazingly friendly
I'm a local and go often.
Massive selection of drinks and crisps, they also have plateaus to share for cheap prices.
If it is a match day you can ask to put on the match on the big screen
A must go if tourist visiting Cannes
It is only open in the afternoon so I wouldn't go in the morning
