With its checkered tablecloths, its warm decoration and its evocative name, this gourmet Cannes Golden Square is rated immediately in the bistro category and is characterized by a fresh and personal cuisine homemade the veteran Alain Llorca, Maxime Laloggia: Cæsar salad with organic chicken, organic salmon tartare and avocado, bulgur, tagliata beef and truffle, rocket, cod fillet with olive oil sauce and dried tomatoes, homemade puree, tuna tataki with sesame crust, sautéed noodles with vegetables… and takeaway pizza.

We left the restaurant with the sour taste of the 18 euro water that we didn’t ask for in our mouths. No common courtesy at this establishment.
