Within the Majestic Barrière Cannes hotel, in the room with its elegant decor where garnet dominates or on the terrace bordering the swimming pool, the spirit of the great Parisian luxury brasserie continues with a classic menu, a careful selection of products and respect for the culinary tradition. Developed in collaboration with Pierre Gagnaire, the new Fouquet's menu revisits the essentials of French brasserie cuisine. For example, you will find the legendary Merlan Colbert, or a heart of beef fillet with black pepper flambéed in front of the gourmands with cognac and Champs-Élysées sauce. On the sweet side, rum baba, vanilla millefeuille with vanilla and local fruits will round off your meal. A classic menu and singular flavours that characterize Chef Pierre Gagnaire.
