Traditional seasonal cuisine is served either in the pleasant Belle Époque décor of the dining room or on the terrace overlooking the Croisette. All year round, breakfasts, formulas, themed meals around lobster and champagne, scallops, and a pantagruesome brunch not to be missed under any circumstances, follow one another to the delight of epicures. Le brunch du dimanche est vraiment incroyable, les produits sont d'excellente qualité, le choix est impressionnant et le personnel aux petits soins. Le cadre "Empire" ajoute au côté luxueux.

L'offre What's cooking est très intéressante et permet la découverte des plats rafinés du Carlton.
Le vendredi soir, c'est dîner homard/champagne (ou a la carte bien sur si vous préférez)
juste un mot : whaouuuuu !
Sincèrement délicieux, entrée au homard, plat au homard et dessert, le tout servi avec deux coupes de champagne par personne.
Le personnel est très pro, évdemment. aucune fausse note tout était parfait.
Avant de diner, n'oubliez pas de vous arrêter au bar pour prendre un apéritif servi de manière très pro ! L'ambiance au bar est bien sympathique.
Nous avons décidé d'y retourner dès que possible, puisque c'est juste à côté de la maison :)
