Helmed by Laura Merlo, already at the helm of Da Laur in Cannes and Mougins, Il Baretto aims to be a hybrid place, inspired by Venezian cicchetti, those little dishes on the go taken here with a touch of elegance. On the menu: an abundance of Italian wines and champagnes, paired with ravioli, burratas and charcuterie on a menu that changes daily. Only the pizzas remain unchanged, with six recipes already described as incredible. Francisco's well-cared-for ambience and attentive service promise you a great culinary experience.
