Run by Laura Merlo, already at the helm of "Da Laura" in Cannes and Mougins, Il Baretto aims to be a hybrid place, inspired by "cicchetti veneziani", those little dishes on the go taken here with a touch of elegance. On the menu: an abundance of Italian wines and champagnes, paired with ravioli, burratas and charcuterie on a menu that changes daily. Only the pizzas remain unchanged, with six recipes already described as incredible. The well-appointed atmosphere, Francisco's attentive service and his accent already promise you a wonderful journey.
