A rustic inn with a focus on quality homemade products and the famous specialties for which the house is famous.
In a very pleasant rustic room, the emphasis is on seasonal and quality products. "Fresh and crunchy on the table" that the chef makes a point of presenting with finesse and sincerity. After the visual, it is the gustatory that takes over. The menu changes with the seasons and a new dish of the day is offered at lunchtime, concocted according to the day's arrivals. It is beautiful, it is good: one thing is sure, you will not be disappointed, it is a sure value.

On nous avait recommandé ce restaurant et c’était tout à fait justifié. Nous avons apprécié les plats originaux en saveur et très bien présentés. Service parfait et discret.

Très bon restaurant dans le petit village pittoresque de Cabris. Grande terrasse à l'ombre, et une salle cosy à l'intérieur. Bon accueil, belle présentation des plats , avec de bonnes saveurs.

Location molto graziosa e rustica, il ristorante è situato all’ingresso del villaggio di Cabris.
Lo chef propone piatti ispirati alla cucina della tradizione oltre a idee innovative, realizzati con le migliori materie prime.
Abbiamo optato per il menu di tre portate a scelta ( antipasto, piatto principale e dessert ) a 39,00 euro, un ottima scelta.
La nostra degustazione: Tomates plein champ, stracciatella, crumble parmesan, pistou et caviar d’ aubergine, Saumon gravelax à la betterave, soupe de melon, fromage frais aux amandes grillées, pickles de melon et légumes, Sorbet pamplemousse avec muscat rosé pétillant, Pièce de boeuf cuite à basse température, sauce poivre vert de Madagascar, mousseline de courgette et pommes grenailles, Filet de dorade planché, écrasé de pomme de terre à l’ huile d’ olive, tomates, salate de fenouil, jus d’ aretes rafraichi, Crème brulée à la vanille de Madagascar, sorbet fruits du soleil de notre glacier Artisan, Nos choux profiteroles au chocolat chaud et crème fleurette, Dessert du jour, tutto veramente delizioso.

Il ristorante propone piatti con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliato per una cena speciale, da passare nelle serate d’estate, nella splendida terrazza.
