Atypical family farm, with cattle, sheep and alpaca breeders, to discover during guided tours. The cereals grown on the farm (wheat, rye, buckwheat, small spelt) are processed on site and sold in the form of stone-ground flours and semolina. Pasta is slowly dried at low temperature, to retain its authentic, rustic taste. Lamb is also produced on the farm and sold in jars of rillettes and navarin. By-products ponchos, scarves, boleros...
