MOULIN COMMUNAL DE BONSON
Olive oil
Recommended
This mill, which has belonged to the commune since the 1930s, on the ground floor of the village hall, did not work every season, for lack of candidates to run it from October to April and to take care of the 120 olive trees of the communal estate. It is the only mill in the village and up to 40 tons of olives were crushed here. The Town Hall has invested nearly 170,000 euros in restoring it and it will be back in operation when the harvest comes in at the end of 2020.
