A new gourmet jewel has recently conquered the rue Saint-Sébastien: the Marc Pignot Saint-Saëns chocolate factory. After many years in the capital, the artisan chocolatier and his wife Gordana have moved south to offer a wide range of ganaches, pralines, truffles, coated fruits, mendiants, macaroons and calissons, not forgetting the bûchette, a praline delicacy with a mixture of crushed nuts and nougatine.
