The museum is located in a former mill, on the site of the agricultural cooperative founded in 1911, which allocated the milk of small producers to resell it in Nice. We kept a party here to make cheese and butter for the inhabitants. The cooperative closed its doors but many traditional objects and utensils used for production were grouped together to keep the memory of the pastoral life of the past.
