Restaurant with terrace already qualified as the King of Restaurants marked by good taste with its exceptional cuisine

In a magical setting, on a terrace overlooking the sea, you can enjoy the cuisine prepared by the chef and Meilleur Ouvrier de France, Julien Roucheteau, who worked at the Table du Lancaster. His cooking is of a rare meticulousness. Each dish has a specific theme: iodized, smoked, spicy, acidic... in close symbiosis with the desserts of pastry chef Benoît Jabouille, who perpetuates the tradition of the mignardises cart. All this is accompanied by a divine wine list (700 references) filled with great names. A paradise!

Have been to rastaurant twice. First time everything was nice, second time there was a very unpleasant experience which made me very mad, because the treatment and service is not what you expect at a restaurant this level.

We wanted to order champagne by the glass at the price of 46 euros per glass. The waighter suggested that as there are 4 of us its better to take a bottle. We agreed, as regulary it is cheaper to do like that. Later some of us continued with same champagne by the glass.

Our surprise was huge when we got final bill. The bottle (which according to the waighter equaled to 5 glasses) was calculated as 313 euros, but 3 glasses of same champagne were 138 wuros. When i paid my attention to it, the waighter told me the bottle contained 6 glasses and tried to calculate 138+138 as 376 (I know French people have weak education, but didnt know they were so bad in math).
When I told him it should be 276 instead of 313, instead of bringing his excuses about them cheating on us, he just told me “it”s just 30 euros, not big deal. The bottle is always more expensive (which is not true, of course)

For sure in compariston to 1300 euro bill 30 euros is not big deal. Normally I would have left 130 euros tips. But its not about the money, it’s about cheating clients at a Michelin restaurant and disguisting behavour when they have been caught on cheating.
Normally at decent restaurant they would apologize, but not here unfortunately… They just kept telling me 33 euros it not a big deal and not understanding that their behaviur is just shameful.
You don’t expect to be chrated for 30 euros in a restaurant like that ????

Please be aware and look at your bill not to be cheated.

Absolutely a dream of a place for dinner overlooking the water, cliffs and hills, yachts . Historic hotel was gorgeous. Food was fantastic, unique, inventive tasting menu. Appreciated the attentive young ladies who served our table. Gave less than 5 stars as I had the unfortunate experience 3 times no less of male servers bumping into my chair . The first time it was of course forgiven with a smile, but it got annoying and was because of tight space between ours and a very full and loud table that marred the atmosphere of calm. Suggest to shift the seating ever so slightly.
Still it was a special experience worthy of a visit.

Mme Wicky, ma femme et moi, sommes absolument émerveillés et conquis par l'expérience culinaire que nous avons vécue dans ce restaurant étoilé, nous vous remercions pour toute votre attention à notre égard. Tout, de l'ambiance élégante à l'attention exceptionnelle portée aux détails, était absolument parfait. Le menu était créatif et innovant, avec des plats qui étaient à la fois beaux et délicieux. Chaque bouchée était une explosion de saveurs et de textures, et chaque plat était présenté avec une élégance artistique. Le service était impeccable, avec une équipe de serveurs professionnels attentionnés dirigée par l'excellent Guillaume Anglade, directeur de la restauration qui ont rendu notre soirée encore plus agréable. Le chef sommelier Wilfried a également été d'une grande aide en nous proposant des vins qui se mariaient parfaitement avec chaque plat. Dans l'ensemble, c'était une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle, et je recommande vivement ce restaurant étoilé à tous ceux qui cherchent une expérience gastronomique de premier ordre. Bravo à toute l'équipe pour ce travail incroyable!
