Olivier Baussan brings together in his stores the best of olive oil from small producers. Here the setting is pleasant, even chic, with a nice display of oils and a remarkable welcome, even for novices in the field. Because olive oils have their own crus and different flavors between the green fruity, the black fruity or the ripe fruity. Here we find the three maturations, that is to say about twenty small vintages, some of which are AOC (Nyons, Vallée des Baux, Nice...), all sold in stainless steel cans of 250 ml for an optimal conservation.
