Chief Isabelle Plazanet's belief in loyalty to clients is simple: home dishes based on fresh products, a short card and dishes that change every week: pruning poultry birds, duck magret cake and apples, saffron chicken stew, Thai broth to shrimp, veal marengo, burger to goat… And for the sweet note: Brownie marbled, poires with pears, chestnut moss and meringues, pastry pastry flan, stems of her soaked with toblerone and carpaccio pineapple. A taste of taste and quality!
