When a food truck decides to make a home for itself, the result is The Green Burger Factory. On the menu of this tiny establishment hidden away in an alleyway in old Antibes: home-made burgers, salads, fries and desserts, and above all... totally vegetarian! Favoring short supply chains, the manager and his chef guarantee that certain dishes are gluten-free and organically grown. The falafel burger and chocolate mousse are well worth the detour. A must-try, especially as the welcome is professional. A gourmet and ethical alternative.
