Trained at a very young age in the art of gourmet food, Christian Cottard was notably the pastry chef of Louis XV in Monaco before setting up on his own in the Grand Place Gourmande in Antibes. Today, this enthusiast is embarking on a brand new project of unprecedented scope: bringing together his pastry shop, a restaurant and also a school in the same place to pass on his knowledge

After 25 years in the historic centre of Antibes, he and his partner Andréa decided to renovate a beautiful house with a lovely garden terrace: "Le Trèfle", a stone's throw from Place De Gaulle. After six months of intense work, Christian Cottard invites you to enter a new universe, modern and warm: a temple of delicacies to delight everyone's taste buds for breakfast, lunch or even a snack!

On the ground floor, the pastry shop and the restaurant welcome you from 8.30 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday

The restaurant La Closerie welcomes you like at home with a cuisine based on fresh and seasonal products. The menu is based on the inspiration of the hostess, Andrea, Christian Cottard's partner. Hot and cold dishes, according to your taste, reasonable prices, selection of good wines and desserts straight from the creations of the Pâtisserie Christian Cottard... Enough to satisfy the lovers of good food

A pastry school will open soon! A place dedicated to the general public with courses in different forms: for a few hours in the morning or afternoon or a week . Note that the first course will take place on April 16th around the macaroons. Workshops will then follow on Thursdays (2h) and Saturdays (4h) to tackle subjects with multiple themes: choux pastry, Bourdaloue tart, caramel, "good creams", puff pastry? For gourmets dreaming of using a spatula like a chef!
