A long time ago, Cusset was home to a Benedictine abbey for women founded at the end of the 9th century. The cloister which shelters this shopping gallery is one of the last witnesses of this important monument. After the Revolution, it was transformed into a covered market. Today you will discover stores and workshops of local craftsmen: textile creations, jewelry made with a saw or a hammer, enamelled ceramics with natural materials, decorative objects of steampunk or fantastic style, painting... An unusual place for local shopping!
