At the foot of the Etoile de Moustiers, succumb to a refreshing break at the Etoile Givrée. Eskimo ice cream and cones are homemade or the option of a jar if you prefer. Marion Allègre, the creator, brilliantly uses local products for classic and unusual flavors. Chocolate sorbet, blood orange or lavender honey are flavors that would make the best Italian ice cream parlors pale in comparison. Succumb to the excellent chocolate bars, with amber chocolate and tonka bean or vanilla and caramelized almonds from Valensole!
