Here you enter a spacious and very popular sales area, where you can buy all the products of the Ubaye dairy cooperative "Le Chambeyron". Cheese by the slice, including the famous Gavotte loaf, the house specialty. Excellent raclette at low prices. Goats in season, butter, cheese. A real treat.
