André-Michel Breger takes you on a journey back in time. Back in the days when olives were crushed by millstones driven by donkeys or mules, and the resulting olive paste was then placed in scourtins, a kind of large flat beret, and compressed to harvest the precious nectar... Thanks to this enthusiast who has restored this mill, which probably dates back to the 15th century (the last one left in France), you can not only enjoy a highly instructive visit, but also taste a top-quality Haute-Provence PDO oil.

Moulin à huile d'époque, très jolie et avec l'explication sur le papier donné par le monsieur de la boutique on comprend comment cela a pu fonctionner auparavant.

C'est aussi une petite boutique d'huile d'olive. L'endroit est un peu caché donc garder bien l'oeil ouvert
