Charming restaurant with covered terrace to enjoy a light Provencal cuisine

This charming restaurant evolves with the seasons. In summer, you'll enjoy light Provencal cuisine on a terrace shaded by a brand-new flower-filled pergola. Dishes are prepared using fresh, French and local produce, such as fresh fish tartare or colorful vegetable salads. Vegetarians will be delighted. Desserts are succulent. In winter, Savoyard cuisine will warm you up. Aïgo Blanco, which means "white water" (in reference to the color of the Pastis of yesteryear), comes into its own here.

Arrêt bien sympathique au hasard de la déambulation dans Forcalquier...Merci pour la couverture isolant les pattes de ma petite chienne de 16ans en terrasse. Pistou d'agneau et mousse Praliné... Merci à ses serveuses aux petits soins.

Nous fréquentons cette établissement depuis des années à chaque passage à forcalquier mais cette fois Très déçus.
C'était vraiment pas terrible voir pas bon.
