Located in Bayons, there is the hamlet Le Forest-Ruling where a walnut oil mill is visited (contact the restaurant la Cascade). When we lived in self-isolation and the walnut were legions, in spring, when there was enough water to feed the mechanism, each one brought its dried walnut kernels after having been ritually broken in traditional winter evenings.
