Since 1958, this cheese dairy has been making and marketing the famous Banon PDO cheese, as well as a range of fresh and mature goat cheeses. The milk is collected, and the cheeses made and matured by the owners, to preserve the authenticity, subtlety and flavor of yesteryear. Here, in the middle of nowhere on the road to Apt, you can share this know-how and, why not, learn how to bend the famous Banon cheese in its chestnut leaf case. An explanatory film is available on site. Store in the heart of the village.
