This friendly bakery has recently moved to rue Pasteur. His laboratory is located in Saint-Michel l'Observatoire, a few kilometres away. Everything is homemade from A to Z. In addition to special breads, several varieties of baguettes, bread by weight and candies for children are available in a warm stone-built setting. What differentiates Fabris bakery/pastry shop is its specialities based on almonds, crunchy, biscuits, meringue, but also Alpine pie, sweet and salty fougasse. A well-deserved wink to Brigitte who knows everything about Banon!
