Chef Nicolas Courbier offers creative, tasty cuisine using fresh local produce. The menu, regularly renewed, offers a variety of homemade dishes. Depending on the season, starters include a cassolette of snails flambéed in pastis and served with parsley butter, or an avocado and shrimp tiramisu with citrus segments and a parmesan tuile.
