South of Poitiers, the Gallet brothers owe their reputation to their good products. In Smarves, in his large butcher's shop, Nicolas offers delicious Limousin or Parthenaise beef selected with care and a particularly well-stocked delicatessen section. The spicy andouillettes, the turkey legs with rosemary and lemon, the cans with trumpets of death, and the homemade ham (without nitrite), will whet your appetite. Every week, meat batches or packages of pierrade, raclette... are offered. Practical if you want to order ! If you go through Iteuil, it is Nicolas' brother, Mickaël, who runs the butchery.
