Smarves is a charming village to discover thanks to its bucolic paths, especially around the pond and the island of the spinning mill. These walks, highlighted by explanatory panels made by young Smarvois during summer workcamps, allow you to admire the rural landscapes, whether it is the Chemin des Meuniers des Croix Basses in Moulin, the Ruisseau des dames in Chézeau, without counting the various itineraries, notably that of the Rangonnière, as well as the Bois de Saint-Pierre, one of the four Zones Naturelles d'Intérêt Ecologique, Faunistique et Floristique (ZNIEFF) sheltered by the village
