Thierry Forestier is a master and his cooking proves it. Simple enough to keep a family and friendly atmosphere and yet sophisticated enough to surprise you and make your palate discover subtle and refined flavors. The medieval setting is magical. A remarkable welcome, excellent food, a pleasant setting, you will have understood, everything here is gathered to deserve a visit to the restaurant extended by a (guided) visit of the castle.
