LA P'TITE SAUVETTE

La P'tite Sauvette is a market gardener based in Saint-Sauvant, in the Vienne region of France. Owners Marianne and Benjamin grow organic vegetables on 2 hectares of land. Their approach focuses on the diversity and seasonality of their produce. They use greenhouses to guarantee year-round production, and adopt environmentally-friendly practices such as mulching and water saving. They also participate in local producers' collectives and offer their vegetables at markets and in baskets.
