Renovated establishment offers home-made dishes made with local products in Saint-Sauvant.
The "Poirion", a small local wild fruit with a strong pear flavor, is the emblem of this work-integration restaurant, which was completely refurbished in 2016, and today offers homemade dishes based mainly on local produce. With a wide range of takeaway dishes for a picnic, a full meal or even festive meals. Dishes from near and far, such as poule au pot, blanquette de veau, bo bun and exotic dishes... It's a great initiative that deserves to be applauded!
