BOUCHERIE NORMAND

There has been a butcher shop at this address since 1890. Edouard Normand and his brother, who come from a line of committed and knowledgeable butchers (7th generation), took over the shop in May 2016. They are slaughtering butchers. They offer meat and charcuterie from animals selected on the hoof by their breeder friends. Favouring short circuits, they get their cows, pigs, calves and lambs from there. You will appreciate the exceptional quality of the products and the advice given by these craftsmen. In each butcher's shop, the delicatessen section is well-stocked. Don't miss the pâté marmite or the farci poitevin. The Normand brothers have two other establishments in Vouillé and Montamisé. You have been warned!
