No third time in this hotel after i returned. After I had avoided it many times for the last several years . They double charged my card for alsmost a month and I had to contact booking and more.

Now they said breakfast cannot be taken at 9.40 am after the receptionist last night told me (twice after double asking) to come after 9 if i wanted to decide in the morning if i want breakfast.
I wondered already they wanted to see they ran out of bread or coffee.

I understand, it also took me 5 years to learn English.
But customer service is also a talent, and you should not look scared i go and mess up minutes saved on the job.

Très bien situé. Facile d'accès. Parking fermé. Le personnel est à l'écoute du client. Propreté des chambres rien à redire. Personnellement nous avons dû écourter notre séjour et aucun problème pour le remboursement de notre nuit non utilisée. En résumé service de qualité et personnel de qualité. Merci.
