Graou! Beware, you're not looking at just any bear: this specimen is vegetarian, even vegan (and sometimes even gluten-free). He's set up shop in the Halles Notre-Dame, cooking up 100% organic, seasonal, homemade food. He has set himself a challenge: to prove those who say that eating without meat is sad and bland wrong. And it works! The cuisine is creative, inventive and colorful, and the tastes are surprising. Everyone loves it! There are also hot and cold drinks, pastries for snacks and, on Saturdays, a vegan brunch.

Very delicious vegan options (most of the options seemed vegan) . The vegan burger (with seitan patty) was rich in flavour, and the fries were one of the best I ever had, so moist but somewhat slightly crunchy at the same time. I would warmly recommend this place. Also, I had a very nice view, which was another plus.

Incroyable ! Une équipe très gentille et une cuisine à tomber par terre ????. Je recommande chaudement, surtout pour les personnes nécessitant un régime spécial sans gluten !
