LA NOBILIENNE

Born in Nouaillé, the two brothers Arthur and Nicolas decided to set up a craft brewery, but also a market gardening and vegetable processing workshop. Since then, Arthur has been in charge of making craft beers, Nicolas of producing organic vegetables and putting them in jars (eggplant caviar, basil pistou, tomato juice...). From July to September, the vegetables are available in the form of a basket. They have been joined by Elsa who grows medicinal aromatic plants and transforms them into syrups, herbal teas, vinegars...
