A must-see oil mill with a large stone millstone that grinds walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, organic rapeseed, etc.

Huilerie de Neuville has been grinding oil since 1850! Thanks to ancestral craftsmanship, gold is flowing. The large stone mill grinds walnuts (from local producers), hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, peanuts, organic rapeseed and organic sesame. Hydraulic presses (from 1920) produce a precious nectar that is left to settle for a fortnight to a month before bottling. Production takes place all year round, and it is possible to discover the oil production process. The workshop also produces fruit and vegetable vinegars, mustard and fleur de sel, and sells local products in its boutique.
