Children will be delighted to frolic in the large park, while adults can lounge by the pool. Games and books are available. In the evenings, Julie gets down to the cooking and proposes a table d'hôtes in the "guinguette" area of the garden or indoors. She'll be delighted to point you in the right direction with local tips.

Un lieu charmant idéalement situé pour profiter du futuroscope. L'accueil par l'hôte est très chaleureux, nous y avons passé un très bon court séjour qui donne envie d'y retourner pour profiter des beaux jours.

Nous avons séjourné en famille à la Roseraie une nuit et avons eu la chance de faire la rencontre de Julie qui est exceptionnelle ! Le lieu est très chaleureux et décoré avec goût, le jardin magnifique et l'emplacement idéal. Julie est aux petits soins et fait son maximum pour nous faire passer un super séjour. Un petit clin d'œil pour les petits déjeuner délicieux qu'elle prépare. Nous avons hâte d'y retourner ! Un grand merci à Julie pour son accueil et sa gentillesse ! A très vite

Belle grande maison, pour moi, placée idéalement avec une maîtresse de maison - Julie - tres sympathique et un petit dej concocté avec amour, sûrement pas mon dernier séjour à Neuville. Xavier
