Since 1907, the farm has been handed down from generation to generation. In 1981, François and Bénédicte Clerc took over this fine family business, and joined forces with their son Pierre-Jean and his wife Marie in 2007. They raise 180 ewes, 25 cows and poultry. Respectful of the land and the animals, they obtained the organic farming label in 2000. Today, they produce milk, yoghurts, crème fraîche, cheeses, eggs and meat: poultry (chicken, guinea fowl, duck), veal and lamb.
