DEVIGNENVERRE
At the Moulin de Jaunay-Marigny, behind the Devigneenverre sign, Sylvain Rossard has been bringing his passion to life for over ten years. Here, there are no anonymous wines: he hunts down artisan bottles, nuggets from winemakers, chosen at the whim of his keen palate. Sylvain ventures into all the terroirs of France (note that he has a weakness for the Loire), including foreign wines, and slips in a few coveted allocations for discerning wine lovers. The cellar boasts 350 references, but also has some surprises in store for spirits, with whisky the undisputed star. In the second room, he offers tasting meals orchestrated with chef Julien Morchoisne.
