Marie and Alain Pougner raise pigs in the open air, essentially fed with their own cereals, with a permanent concern for quality and taste. The quality of their know-how is also recognized since their animals are labeled Porc Fermier d'Auvergne. The preparation of the meat is carried out under strict control in their laboratory. All products are cooked traditionally without colouring or preservatives. They offer fresh meat, but also pâtés, pork hams in jars, as well as ready-made meals.
