In this cosy bar-restaurant, open from 7am, Vincent prepares traditional cuisine with a twist. Every day, he proposes a slate with his suggestions and a menu, as well as more elaborate menus. Juggling between fine cuts of Charolais accompanied by homemade fries, seasonal salad, sautéed veal, supreme of farmhouse guinea fowl from Auvergne, and the meats on offer are local to the Bourbonnais region. And Alexandra is always on hand to help. As soon as the first frost sets in, you'll appreciate the warmth of the fireplace.
